Vintage 9K Gold London Book Charm Pendant

Fashioned in solid 9-carat gold, this charming miniature book pendant celebrates London's enduring identity through architecture, history, and travel. Opening on finely engineered hinges, the volume reveals printed paper pages illustrating six of the capital's most celebrated landmarks, accompanied by descriptive text.
Among the illustrated scenes are St Paul's Cathedral, Lambeth Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, The Royal Horse Guards, The Houses of Parliament, The Tower of London, and Tower Bridge—each representing a different chapter in London's political, royal, religious, and architectural history.
The front cover is decorated with the historic arms of the City of London, displaying the red Cross of St George with the sword of Saint Paul in the canton, symbols that have represented the City for centuries. The reverse bears the maker's mark G&H together with full British hallmarks for 9-carat gold (375).
